How to Create Email Signature and Auto Response of New Yahoomail Account

Email Account like Yahoo mail is a primary way of communications for us, either Google mail or Gmail and or outlook mail. Using your personal email is like branding yourself as a professional and legitimate user of your account. Whether you use your email account for your own business or working in a company as professionals.

This is also one way of branding your company as professional and legitimate users of that email account. So, therefore, mark your email account as what I said here. There are things you need to set up in your every email account. Remember, if you set up before your email signature and vacation response, you need to set up again using the new Yahoo user environment. So consider below as follows:

CREATE EMAIL SIGNATURE OF NEW YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT


  1. Open your yahoo mail account, enter your email and password.
  2. Now once you open your Yahoo email account, click the settings gear button located above the right side of your screen. (See 1st picture above)
  3. A pop-up window will display, click the accounts menu situated left side panel of that window. (See the 2nd picture above here)

  4.  After you click it, hover and click your Yahoo email address situated at the center of the pop-up window. (See the 3rd picture above here)

  5. Then you need to check the box same as shown in the 4th picture above here, called "Append a signature to the emails you send". Then below it, you need to type your personal information or your email signature, same as what you did in Gmail. More information here: Create Gmail Email Signature
  6. After you write your email signature stated in step number 5, you need to click the save button below the left side of the pop-up window. (Shown in the 4th picture above here) to take effect the settings.

  1. After you follow all the instructions above, you need also to learn how to set up "Auto Vacation Response". You need this if you're busy or out of town that you can't open your Yahoo mail account. (Follow the Post Picture above here)
  2. Now click the vacation response menu situated left side panel.
  3. Then check the box, "Enable automatic response during these dates (inclusive)"
  4. Then set the date of the start of your vacation or the date where you are busy including the end date and time.
  5. Then you need to write a message about why you can't reply using your Yahoo mail account. (Follow the post picture above here)
  6. Then click the save button to take effect on the settings.
  7. Now test your email account by sending a message to your alternate email.

How to Edit and Update your Outlook Profile Email Account

Updating your email account helps to protect your account in any fraud activity on the internet. Fraud activity of various computer expert personnel same as hacking and cracking your account. Likewise, in your social media account and or any of your online activity. By doing this task to your account helps Microsoft to protect your account because of a fresh security detail. Updating or editing your profile is a same task. The edit is built-in command in your profile account. While updating is any notification comes from your email or your mobile phone number. Updating or editing your account helps also to insert your new phone number and verify you that you own your account. This will help also to verify your any alternate email account. If ever you will experience difficulty, compromise, and or access by other your account. Through this, your account will return simply to you as the original owner.

1. HOW TO OPEN OUTLOOK EMAIL ACCOUNT
  1. Open your outlook email account using your password.
  2. Once it open click your profile picture top right of your screen.
  3. That menu will drop down select and click the edit profile.
  4.  You will see another window of your screen, same as the post picture 1 above.
2. HOW TO UPLOAD OR CHANGE PICTURE

  1. Once the edit profile window is open (step number 4 above), you can upload or change picture of your account. (See the picture 2 above here)
  2. Click the change picture, then in the next windows same as the picture above here, click the button "choose file".

  3. A pop window will display so that you can select your picture. (See the 3rd picture above here)
  4. After you can select your profile picture, click open button below of that active window.
  5. Now click save button below to save your profile account. (See the 2nd picture above)
3. HOW TO EDIT OF UPDATE YOUR PROFILE NAME

  1. Under of the profile windows, same of the 1st picture above, click the edit (blue text color) beside of your profile name above of your picture.
  2. Another window will display, type in the bar provided your true name, the first and last name. (See the post picture 4 above here)
  3. After you change it, click save button below of that window.
4. HOW TO ADD AND UPDATE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER

  1. Under the profile window, click the blue link text called "Add a phone number". (See the picture 5 above here)

  2. After you click it, it will open a long pop-up window, so that you can type your new phone number. Type your new phone number in the blank bar provided. (See the picture 6 above here)

  4. After you click it, it will open another long pop-up window asking "How would you like the code sent?", this code will sent to your mobile phone so that you can verify that you own that account. Then Microsoft can simply assure that you're the original owner of that account. (See the picture 8 above here)
  5. After you click the sent button, Microsoft will sent you a code in your phone. (See the picture 8 above here)

  6. After you receive the code in your phone, type it in the bar provided by the next pop-up window. (See the picture 9 above here.)
  7. Click the verify button situated right side of the long pop-up window. (See the picture 9 above here.)
  8. After this your email account is update through the phone number.
Another task to update your Outlook email account are the connected social media account. Because Microsoft also develops the Skype it also included in the edit, update profile, create an account. Once you have created or updated it, the Skype will display on the right side of your Outlook.com main window. This task will be published in the coming days, just follow this post.

How To Setup Email Signature And Auto Replies For New Outlook Account

Email Signature and Auto or automatic replies are one of the tools you need in your Outlook Account. The outlook is an email account design by Microsoft for us, it's the replacement of the Hotmail that was before by the Microsoft email users. Therefore, this new Outlook email or Outlook.com is a new interface and equip with a new interface with new menus and tools with a different new application for your message satisfaction. So therefore email signature and automatic replies are one of the tools built-in in your outlook account that you need to setup. This tool will make your email account become professional look and easy to read. And make your email receiver become confident in the message he/she will receive in here inbox.

1. HOW TO SETUP EMAIL SIGNATURE

  1. Open up your Outlook email account. 
  2. Once it open click the mail settings gear button at the top right side of your screen. (See the images 1 above)
  3. Under in the drop down list click options. (See the images 1 above)
  4. In another window displayed and left side of your screen, find the layout menu under of the Mail and click there called Email Signature. (See the image 2 above)
  5. At the center you will see a writing pad where you can write your personal information. Such as your full name, position, company name, company tag lines, email address, contact numbers, web address if you have. Or copy and paste the email signature from your gmail account.(see the post picture 3 above) 
  6. After you type it completely, find the save button above and click it to save your settings.

2. HOW TO SETUP AUTOMATIC REPLIES

  1. After you create your email signature, set also the automatic replies using the same window you use.
  2. Click the Automatic replies at the top left side of the screen. (See the image 2 above)
  3. After you click it, at the center follow the image part stated or pointing by arrows and callouts instruction. Such as the start and end date and time of your vacation. (See the image 4 above)
  4. After you did it all, find the save button above and click it to save your settings.  
After you finish this all settings, you need also to edit your profile settings, like your phone numbers to verify that you own the account you created.
