6 Common Keyboard Shortcuts Of Microsoft Word 2010

Also on the dialogue box which are commonly used, using the combination keys you can open this by pressing the combine keys correspond on it.

  1. ALT KEY- By pressing this key of your keyboard both left and right home row, it will display a letter of the tab menus. And once you press the letter it will display other different letters in the every button of the ribbons. See the post picture.

  6. Alt Ctrl Shift S- Once you hold alt, ctrl, then shift key and press S key it will open the change styles of the ribbon under home tab. So that you can change the set of styles, colors fonts, and paragraph spacing use in the document.
