Use Microsoft Office InfoPath

MS-inFOpath What is Microsoft Office InfoPath? if you notice that the installed Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 Enterprise, 2010, and 2013 versions of the Microsoft Office in our computer is the InfoPath. We not paid attention to this software because we focus only in using the most common application the Microsoft Office word processing, Excel, and the PowerPoint. This application is one of the family of the Microsoft Office that installed or package in a CD installer that we bought. This MS-Office application is a software application for designing, distributing, filling, and submitting electronic forms containing structural data. Is a ready to use tools embedded inside of the User Interface that can be drag to the template. There are various controls that we can use, (see the image left side) are bound to use in the design templates in which featured the WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) in a from designer arrange in a Hierarchical Tree folders and data fields.

  1. TITLE BAR- position at the top of the User Interface that displays the filename of the application.
  2. MENU TOOLBAR- position below of the title bar it is a common tools that can be use for our application such as fill out a form and design a form template under the file menu
  3. STANDARD TOOLBAR- it is use for a standard application, such save, preview, undo and redo, and open a folder
  4. FORMATTING BUTTONS- this is use for changing an appearance, size, color, and or insert a certain tools use for an application, such as alignment, Bold, Italics, underline, number list and bulleted list, font styles and font size.
  5. DESIGN TEMPLATE- you can customize the template that you choose from form designer and insert the common tools using the task manager insert standard tools.
  6. TASK PANEL- position at the right side of the screen. It is use for displaying a standard tools in your design template from form designer. All you have to do is to drag the tool to the design template in your form and arrange it perfectly.
