Using Microsoft Office Publisher 2010, you can create a stunning and beautiful certificates for a training or any you wanted to provide. Using this program of Microsoft your problem now is solved. All you need is to install this version of software higher than 2010. There are lots of features and tools you can use using the program. If you have no skill to design a certificate using another program like Adobe Photoshop, you can use now the MS-Office Publisher, either 2010 or 2016 versions in a very simple way. All you need is to drag and drop any of the tools you need of your certificate design.

 1. TEMPLATE PREPARATION

  1. Open the Microsoft Publisher in your computer desktop.
  2. Then click paper blank 8.5" x 11".

  4. Then click ok button if finish.
  5. Now you're ready for next step.

2. INSERT SHAPES AND BORDERS and ACCENTS

  1. Click insert menu at the top.

  3. Then select your design, like open border and pixel pattern.

  4. Then Click Insert again, then click shapes. Now select your shapes then apply to your training certificates or other design.
  5. "Use Draw Text Box" Then type a paragraph or a sentence describing about your certificate including the name of trainee.
  6. And you're done
  7. Do not forget to save your work.
You can use either lower version of Microsoft Office Software. But in order that you can create a most beautiful certificate you need a higher version. Like Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, and 2016.
